Ice fishing the fox river for walleyes on a slow day. Under water video of walleyes being very lethargic. Dave lands a decent walleye on a zip lure tipped with a minnow head.

Anyways, I soon realized that my fishing line was pointing straight down. So I proceeded to pulling the line up. Whatever it was on the other end, was very big and pulling hard, you can even see it pass near the hole. Anyways, I kept bringing it up, and it was close to the rim of the ice hole. I soon realized that is was a big Walley. I pulled it out, yet its weight broke the line. It fell right back into the hole and was going to escape. \Yet I wasnt letting this fish get away that easily\ So I swung underneith it and pulled it out of the water and away from the hole. When the people on the ice saw the size of the fish and how I had taken it out, some of them called me \Kodiak\ for the day, since it looks like a bear technique, swinging fish out of the falls. *smiles* The Walley was 9.5 lbs and 30 inches. We also caught a bunch more, yet this one was the biggest I had ever caught.
